Allison Halvorsen

Allison joined Tapestry 360 Health in 2021. She supports the care coordination and care management teams, and leads population health initiatives and strategy, with an aim toward increased health equity and a shift toward value-based care. She has over a decade of experience in community and primary care nursing, including in care management for patients with complex chronic disease. She has previously worked at Swedish Covenant Hospital and Heartland Alliance Health.
