Sexual health care is available to all at free or low cost to all thanks to public support

Family Planning

The Illinois Family Planning Program (IFPP) is a State funded program through the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH). The program provides sexual and reproductive health care and contraceptive supplies for free or at a low cost to all patients who want and need them!

Services are located at our 845 W. Wilson Clinic. No insurance necessary.

Did you know:

  • Nearly half of transgender people said they had delayed or forgone getting health care because they couldn’t afford it.
  • The percent of family planning users who were patients nearly doubled, with the most consistent increases occurring among men aged 20–29 and ≥30 years.
  • One-fifth of all U.S. patients in need of publicly funded contraceptive services and supplies are served by the Family Planning Program

To ensure that any patient in need of reproductive health care receives treatment, IFPP is available for teens 12 years and older, without the consent of a parent or guardian.
