HHC-Skokie community health center is located just east of downtown Skokie in the Turning Point community mental health center. At this site we are able to meet the community’s need for more accessible and affordable health services.We provide primary care and mental health services to patients whom are uninsured, underinsured, immigrants, and refugees.
