Tai Chi is gentle movements to increase blood flow, flexibility, body awareness and relieves stress. Acupuncture treats pain and stress using thin needles inserted at strategic points on your body.
Tai Chi and Acupuncture: Mondays 1:00pm - 3:30pm
Acupuncture Only: Mondays 3:30 - 6:00 pm, Wednesday 1:00-3:30pm
