Sheryl provides counseling to students at Heartland Health Center’s School Based Health Clinic at Hibbard Elementary School as part of an interdisciplinary team. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She received her master’s degree in Human Services Counseling from National Louis University. Sheryl develops rapport quickly with students and their families. She has a natural ability to empathize and encourage them to talk through the issues and struggles they are facing. Her professional interests include child/adolescent/family counseling, anxiety and depression, divorce adjustment, parenting, eating disorders and anger management.
