Sarah Lau, FNP-BC
Sarah Lau, APN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has spent the majority of her career practicing medicine in underserved Chicago communities. She attended nursing school at Valparaiso University, received her master’s degree and post masters certification at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a member of the American Diabetes Association and the American Public Health Association.
Sarah joined Tapestry 360 Health in 2016. Her professional interests include public health, caring for the underserved, preventive medicine, nutrition, integrated primary care and behavioral health.
