David Freedman, MD
David Freedman, MD, is a board-certified Family Physician who has spent the majority of career practicing medicine in underserved Chicago communities. He attended medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and completed his Family Practice residency at Cook County Hospital. He is a certified Civil Surgeon as of 2012 and has completed a Preventive Medicine residency at Carney Hospital in Massachusetts and Boston University School of Public Health.
He joined Tapestry 360 Health in 2011. David’s professional interests include public health, caring for the underserved, preventive medicine, nutrition, integrated primary care and behavioral health.
